Reviews
Tonight, we ordered chicken with garlic sauce and sesame chicken combination, and everything was delicious!
Great place. Family owned. Went in on a Friday and it was mildly busy for a walk-in. Food was ready in about 15 which meant to me it was being cooked and no reheated. People who came in after me were getting extended times of 20 to 25 mins as it got busier. Regarding food. I got the usual starting meal that I judge by: Sesame Chicken, House Lo-Main, Egg Rolls and for a twist, added the bourbon chicken. Sesame chicken is the best I have had in +10 years. The brown sauce was just right. Not Ketchupy:tomatoy, too salty, not too sweet. I was the chicken was a little better quality which is why it got a 4 vs 5 House Lo-Main was above standard but not excellent. I would get it again for sure. Egg roll was hot and fresh. So hot that I could wait till I got home. Had to eat it in the parking lot. Nothing like a fresh egg roll. Bourbon chicken was okay. Honestly not sure why I got it. Probably should never go somewhere hungry as I did, hence the egg roll in the parking lot. The best part, nothing was super greasy. Normally after eating food like this, I feel like crap immediately after and pay for it later. Nothing like this happened. I even had left overs the next day and still nothing. That makes me feel really good about the establishment. Definitely will be a regular if nothing changes.
I'm not sure why the other reviews are so bad. Our family of four adults ordered: 3 egg rolls, 2 spring rolls, 4 crab rangoons, 8 dumplings, sweet and sour chicken with white rice, chicken fried rice, and sesame chicken. It all came with 6 fortune cookies. Yum!! Lots of delicious left overs. Service inside (picking food up To Go) wasn't terrible. Took about 30 seconds to be acknowledged, but they put all of our food into a box that made it really easy for me to carry everything out!! Yay!! I specifically want to order from here again just so I have more pictures to post, since there aren't many on Yelp.
After change of ownership went downhill quick. Gave them last try today and was pleased to taste they were back on track. Thank you
